We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from House of K. However, our returns and exchange policy is subject to goods sold by House of K directly to you, with no exceptions for any third-party supplies. Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at email@example.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the date of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within the specified timeframe with photo evidence of the damaged or defective product. Our team will get in touch with you over email or phone and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package when returning the items.
We are responsible for the shipping costs associated with eligible returns or exchanges (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We may also share a shipping label that you may need to print and affix on the return parcel.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund back to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take two to four weeks to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock of the Product and at the discretion of the House of K Team.
